- Perform various cleaning and maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash disposal
- Inform supervisor about supplies needed
- Maintain cleaning solutions following safety regulations
- Inspect areas daily and report maintenance issues
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
- Maintain good working relationships with building staff
- Complete work orders and keep track of cleaning supplies
- Handle equipment and new tools responsibly
- Clean and restock restrooms as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisor
- Keep equipment in good condition
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous custodial experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Stand for extended periods
- Work in various environmental conditions
- Handle equipment and climb ladders
- Respond quickly to emergencies
