Summary/ObjectiveThis position plays a major role in a guest's overall theatre experience. A concession person must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. A concession person should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.

Essential FunctionsMake certain guest service is friendly, helpful and fastMake popcorn, pour drinks and serve food and other specialty items and sell retailGreet guests, assemble food orders, operate point-of-sale terminals and make accurate changeKeep product fully stocked and ready for saleMaintain cleanliness of entire concession stand including cooking equipment, counters, shelves, glass display cases, condiment areas, preparation areas and stock roomsPerform daily concession maintenance dutiesAnswer questions from guests and resolve any concernsAssist with breakdown and overall cleanliness following a showAssist with other functions as instructed by the ManagerUphold Common Man's high standards and deliver wow servicePosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis position regularly requires evening hours and can be late night and frequent weekend work.

TravelNo travel is expected for this position.
Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED.Prior experience working in a theatre.
Basic knowledge of beer, and wineAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Must be 18 or older.
