    Healthcare Nursing Center -


    Healthcare Nursing Center located in East Orange, NJ is looking to hire a full time Food Service Director to join our team.

    The proper candidate must have at least two years experience in Long Term Care.


    The Food Service Director reports to the Administrator and manages the daily operation of the Department, including tray line, production, sanitation, etc.


    Food Service Director provides technical guidance and administrative direction over food planning, menu formulation and preparation and serving of regular and therapeutic diets.
