    Description

    Job Description

    The Reserve Analyst position is responsible for inspecting, measuring, and quantifying reserve components for homeowners' associations, determining estimated life, remaining useful life, and replacement cost of each component. This information is used to prepare a Reserve Study Report and Funding Analysis for the Board of Directors.

    Requirements:

    • Inspect and identify reserve components and their respective wear-out
    • Excellent math and geometry skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Google Earth and ArcGIS
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in reading construction plans, site plans, and Governing Documents

    Position requires attention to detail, reliable accuracy, ability to work methodically, handle large inspection jobs, and maintain organized documentation. Efficient time management skills are essential.

    This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with potential for occasional overtime. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, automobile insurance, and passing a background investigation are mandatory.
