    ‍ Home Infusion Nurse - Part-Time - Cedar Rapids, IA

    • Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52402
    • Salary: $40-50/hr

    Empowering Healthcare in Cedar Rapids: Join us as a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse in Cedar Rapids, IA, providing exceptional in-home care and specialized infusion therapy to patients.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Administer IV infusion therapies in patients' homes.
    • Perform thorough patient assessments, modifying care as necessary.
    • Accurately document treatments and patient responses in EMR.
    • Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of infusion equipment.
    • Educate patients and families on managing infusion therapy at home.

    Qualifications:

    • Active IA nursing license.
    • Nursing degree, with substantial infusion therapy experience.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification.
    • Ability to travel within Cedar Rapids for patient care.
    • Proficiency in EMR and other healthcare technologies.
