    Community Manager (Affordable) – Woodlands Apartments, Fort Collins, CO

    We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at a community in Fort Collins, CO. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.
    You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
    You can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
    You have a passion for helping others
    You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook
    You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
