    THE POSITION

    Reporting to the Senior Director of Asset Management, the Analyst is responsible for supporting the Asset Management team in business plan execution, reporting and compliance functions, and to identify and implement special project initiatives.

    What You Can Expect To Do

    • Support the Asset Management team in the development and execution of strategic assets plans intended to maximize portfolio value and report performance results to senior leadership.
    • Monitor and analyze property operational and financial performance on a recurring basis to identify trends and communicate actionable insights.
    • Research partnership agreements, financing documents, regulatory agreements, tax returns and other source documents as needed.
    • Coordinate communications and manage requests from investors, lenders, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders.
    • Forge strong relationships with operating partners, work through challenges, and communicate concerns to internal leadership when expectations are not being met.
    • Be an active participant in the creation of annual operating and capital budgets.
    • Support our Compliance team in monitoring compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple government agencies and programs.
    • Assist with ad hoc projects within Asset Management and other departments as needed.

    What You Should Have

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields or equivalent experience.
    • 0-3 years of related business experience.
    • Ambition, a strong desire to learn, to achieve, to advance your career.
    • A strong interest in real estate and real estate investing.
    • Organizational skills; the ability to manage your time.
    • A sense of urgency, an internal clock that helps you move with purpose.
    • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • The ability to travel as needed.
