    Job Description

    Business Strategy Account Supervisor

    About Us:

    • We are a global network with over 5,000 employees, operating in 12 agency brands worldwide, including Razorfish, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and deliver strategies, business rules, and creative briefs for marketing campaigns.
    • Manage the creative process in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Consult with cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions for campaigns.
    • Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and collaborate with partner agencies.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
    • Supervise and manage team members, providing guidance and training as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
    • Passionate about advertising and digital innovations.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
