Manufacturing Engineer

to join our team in

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide manufacturing solutions to the assembly and disassembly of engines.
Develop and implement assembly processes in line with standard processes.
Provide analysis to drive to root cause and/or determine improvements, and lead projects to develop and implement solutions.
Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, develop solutions, and monitor improvements.
Procure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers.
Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements.
Improve Value Stream metrics by defining and implementing process improvement activities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Highschool diploma/GED 5+ years' experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology or related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Design experience (Creo preferred).
Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, etc.)
Engine or testing experience.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong communication skills.
