- Manage collection activities for assigned accounts through customer communication and follow-ups.
- Evaluate credit lines to align with customer payment behaviors.
- Analyze customer financials to propose credit limit adjustments.
- Work closely with Customer Service to address customer concerns promptly.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties such as cash posting, reporting, and supply management as needed.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Credit/Collections.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
