Key Job Responsibilities

Working with materials such as cast iron, plain steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials; lubricating oil, coolant.
Reading and interpreting process drawings, setting up tools, fixtures, monitoring machining requirements, adjusting as necessary.
Operating CNC Machines, observing closely, checking dimensions, and making adjustments.
Collaborating with the Manufacturing Support Department to develop processes and programs.
Monitoring machining operations, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Prior experience with CNC Lathes, precision measuring tools, hand tools;
Familiarity with floor operated overhead cranes or hoists;
Effective communication skills within a team setting.
Availability for approximately 40 hours of work per week.
Ability to work the 1st Shift.
Strong time management and multitasking skills, with flexibility.
Commitment to confidentiality and a team-oriented approach.
Willingness to work weekends when required.

Additional Information

Benefits:

Starting wage at $28.52 per hour.
Shift premium available for off-shift roles.
Vacation and personal time accrual after 6 months of service.
Insurance coverage after 75 days of service.
