- Answering the main telephone line and direct calls to the appropriate employee
- Greet, welcome and logging of visitors
- Receive, sort, distribute and process incoming/outgoing mail
- Track, order, receive and stocking of office supplies (including kitchen and breakroom supplies)
- Track vacation time for the company
- Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
- Additional duties and projects as assigned
- Use, protect and disclose patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Welcoming and friendly demeanor
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills

- Must be a team player
