    Our established, global manufacturing client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of surgical representatives in the New England and Upstate NY regions.

    The ideal candidate must currently reside in the greater Boston area and have at least 2 years of experience in surgical management within the medical sales industry.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of surgical representatives in the New England and Upstate NY regions
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, specifically surgeons, in the operating room
    • Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and performance metrics

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in surgical management within the medical sales industry
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Must reside in the greater Boston area and be willing to travel up to 60% within the ME, MA, NH, NY, and VT regions

    Compensation:

    • Base salary ranging from $155,000.00 to $165,000.00
    • Total compensation at plan ranging from $250,000.00 to $260,000.00
    • Base salary plus uncapped commissions
    • Car, stock equity package, 401k with match, and ESPP
