    We are seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to manage our Chicago region. This role is crucial for optimizing our market presence and ensuring that our innovative products are well-represented and stocked.

    Responsibilities:

    • Regularly travel across Chicago to maintain and enhance relationships with retail partners.
    • Conduct proactive cold calling and outreach to establish new business relationships and expand market presence.
    • Manage and report on inventory levels to ensure efficient stock flow and prevent shortages.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and sales strategies.
    • Serve as the primary contact for all inventory-related issues.
    • Prepare detailed reports on market feedback, sales performance, and inventory status for the management team.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales or account management experience, ideally within the cannabis industry or alternative products industry.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using technology and software solutions.
    • Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within a constantly changing and growing environment.
    • Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with cannabis products and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape preferred.

    Compensation:

    • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
    • Commission on new accounts.
    • Opportunities for professional development.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License required.
    • Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the Chicago region, primarily by car.
