    Job Title:
    Cognitive Performance Specialist

    Join our team as a Cognitive Performance Specialist at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc.

    Summary- This is a contingent Opportunity and would begin work upon the contract award.

    The Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) works as part of a team dedicated to maximizing Soldier readiness and performance within the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System. This system empowers Soldiers to manage their health, fitness, and well-being for peak performance and injury prevention.

    As a key member of the H2F Performance Team, you'll assist in training and coaching Soldiers on cognitive skills and mental readiness strategies to excel in training and operations.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Assist in developing and maintaining Mental Readiness Program guidelines for consistent and effective mental readiness services.
    • Support the implementation of cognitive performance optimization and mental readiness training programs.
    • Present capabilities briefings to unit leaders.
    • Develop training materials based on evidence-based research for cognitive performance optimization.
    • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to Soldiers on various performance strategies.
    • Coordinate facility scheduling for training courses.
    • Educate leaders on supporting Soldiers' performance development.
    • Attend meetings to discuss cognitive training programs and provide feedback on progress.
    • Collaborate with the H2F Performance Team to enhance performance development.
    • Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on mental readiness research.
    • Collect and report data to support cognitive performance programs.
    • Participate in training program performance improvement initiatives.
    • Document work performed and provide necessary information to supervisors.
    • Attend required training sessions.
    • Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not involve supervisory duties.

    Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
    • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution.
    • Certification/accreditation in psychology, sports psychology, or related fields.
    • Minimum of three years of experience as a mental performance coach or sport psychology practitioner.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry best practices.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to obtain a government security clearance.
    • Ability to meet physical job requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Doctoral Degree.
    • Board Certified Sport Psychologist through the ABSP.
    • Experience working with Service Members in performance training.
    • Previous military service.

    This role involves working in office settings and outdoor training environments, requiring physical capabilities to support Soldiers' training needs.

    $67,000 - $85,500
