    ‍ Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Ironton, OH

    • Location: Ironton, OH 45638
    • Salary: $40-50/hr

    Join our Ironton team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing compassionate and expert care directly in patients' homes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver outstanding at-home infusion care, centered on individual patient needs.
    • Administer diverse infusion therapies with precision and care.
    • Monitor patient responses closely, adapting care plans as required.
    • Maintain meticulous treatment records, adhering to healthcare standards.
    • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.

    Qualifications:

    • Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
    • Active OH nursing license.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification.
    • Willingness to travel locally.
    • Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
    • Dedication to serving the Ironton community.

    Additional Information:
