    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our pharmacy.

    The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
    Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the pharmacy's customer base and market presence.
    Build strong relationships with owners, medical directors, top clinics, providers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
    Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
    Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
    Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
    Stay current on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
    Represent the pharmacy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to optimize the drug product mix portfolio, ensuring a balanced offering that aligns with market demand and regulatory guidelines while maximizing profitability.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

    Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales (desired) or related industry, with at least seven years of experience in a sales leadership role.

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
    Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    Strong proficiency in analyzing sales data, KPIs, and market trends to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Hubspot or Salesforce, preferably.
    Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
    Ability to travel as needed up to 50%.
