Potential openings on the following full-time shift:Shift Q: 7pm-7am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday(Training the first few weeks may be on another shift)STARTING WAGE is $19.03/hour plus applicable shift differential with first 90 day increase to $21.61 and additional increases every 90 days based on performance, up to $24.24MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED.18 years of age or older.
Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills and strong work ethic.Must be able to work effectively within a team of up to 8 people.
Must be able to work 12 hours on assigned shift.
Good interpersonal and communication skillsMust be able to learn to use computers and/or precision measuring devices within 30 days.
Ability to work independently without continual supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOperate production machines according to job break down tasks.
Assemble and handle ammunition components and products.
Fill out paperwork.
Package loaded rounds.
Assist team with changeovers.
Safety
Environmental/hazardous waste

Continuous Improvement
Follow 5S and clean up protocols.
Perform other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:
Standing and moving for about 90% of the time. Reaching, handling, fingering and manual dexterity to assemble and inspect. Occasional lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Occasional unilateral lifting up to 20 pounds. Near vision for detecting quality defects and far vision for operations of forklift or other mobile equipment. Must have normal color vision and normal depth perception capability. Climbing, stooping, bending, and crouching on a daily basis.
Mental Requirements:
High level of mental attentiveness for safety and to manipulate and visually inspect small parts.
Reading and basic math comprehension to understand and interpret training guides, standard operating procedures and quality information (charts, graphs, etc.) and to complete production reports.
Interpersonal communication skills to facilitate problem-solving and to function effectively as part of a work team. Flexibility to move between jobs and to handle many tasks simultaneously.Equipment Used:
Operation of hand tools, forklift and other mobile equipment
Working Environment:
Manufacturing floor environment is subject to exposure to noise, vibration, summer heat, moving objects and mechanical equipment hazards. Exposure to a wide variety of chemicals possible depending on assigned area.
Work is often done with and around others as part of work teams and back-up from co-workers or supervisor is generally available.
