We seek a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our services. Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in our services.
• Conducted inbound sales calls and responded to inquiries via email or other communication channels.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings
• Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our products or services effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve
