- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goals
- Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate residents and families about their healthcare needs and treatments
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care in the facility
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or inpatient rehabilitation or inpatient behavioral health setting
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care

The shifts available are 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM.As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), and ensuring that the facility meets all applicable regulations and standards.
AM and PM shifts are available.$1,000 signing bonus. Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in their condition
