Verantwoordelijkheden:
Design, uitwerking en as built dossier van de elektrische installaties. Hij/Zij ontwerpt naar de noden van het project de elektrische voedingsdistributie, dit kan middenspanning zijn van kV en laagspanning van V/V distributie. Hij/Zij zorgt voor de nodige blokkenschema's in het project, controleert alle gebruikers of deze op NET-voeding, Nood-voeding of DNB-voeding komen. Hij/Zij heeft ervaring met TN-C en TN-S stelsel, en kan met andere woorden kabelberekeningen uitvoeren om de juiste selectiviteit te kiezen. (Caneco kennis is een meerwaarde).

Hij/Zij stelt lastenboek en meetstaat op voor de project(en) volgens de BAE standaarden. Na bevestiging van uitvoering werkt hij/zij zeer nauw samen met elektrische contractor. Zorgt voor technische opvolging, veiligheidsvergunningen, kwaliteitscontroles, ... Controleert ook de administratieve opvolging, met andere woorden de facturatie van de elektrische contractor. In deze functie werkt hij/zij samen met het project team facility & utilities. Binnen het BAE-team zorgt hij/zij voor de overkoepelende aanpak van de verschillende disciplines. Zoals het bespreken met de technologie leads Building Security & Building automation welke voorzieningen allemaal nodig zijn gaande van kabeltraces, kabelbanen, signaalkabels, ... Hij/Zij zal nauw samenwerken met andere PE's (PE Building Security & PE Building Automation) van het BEA team.

Hij/Zij controleert na uitvoering de elektrische contractor en geeft na een succesvolle controle de installatie opnieuw vrij (inschakelen van spanning). Hij/Zij maakt een as-built dossier, zorgt voor de nodige aanpassingen op elektrische schema's en masterplans. Hij/zij neemt contact op met de keuringsinstantie en zorgt voor een feilloos rapport in zijn as-built dossiers.

minimaal 5 jaar ervaring

Cruciaal diploma:

VCA voor leidinggevenden en kennis van (master) Elektriciteit/Electro-Mechanica

Kennis van elektrische (borden) keuringsverslagen is een plus.

Meerwaarde:

Kennis van het programma Caneco voor kabelberekeningen.

Vereiste persoonlijke vaardigheden:
Klantgerichtheid, nodige administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden, projectmanagementvaardigheden en ervaring in de farmaceutische sector.

Talen:
Nederlands en Engels.
