- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with substance use disorders, including medical and mental health evaluations.
- Develop individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs of each patient and their substance use history.
- Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and other medical procedures as necessary.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and behavioral health technicians, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
