    Description

    Are you excited to join a company that thrives on innovation and creativity, embracing diverse perspectives and fostering an inclusive environment? We are looking for an Alliance Manager to play a key role in managing strategic partnerships with global Contract Research Organizations (CROs).

    In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of studies conducted at our CRO partnerships by establishing clear Ways of Working (WoW), monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), addressing issues, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.

    Effective and timely completion of these studies is crucial as it enables millions of patients to access our medicines quicker than ever.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support strategic alliances with CRO partners conducting general toxicology and bioanalytical studies on our behalf.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing study-related issues.
    • Manage preparation and execution of Third Party Risk Management, Transfer Impact Assessments, and Privacy Impact Assessments.
    • Conduct due diligence for new partnerships or business opportunities.
    • Update and maintain alliance management processes and tools, and report on alliance success monthly.
    • Promote a collaborative team culture internally and externally.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance quality, communication, and timelines across teams.
    • Conduct regular business review meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.

    Essential Skills/Experience:

    • Prior Contract Research Organization experience.
    • Knowledge of contracts and drug discovery processes.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence effectively.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

    Desirable Skills/Experience:

    • Experience in Alliance Management within a pharmaceutical company.
    • Background in Bioanalysis or Toxicology.
    • Project management experience.
    • CA-AM Certification.
