    Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently looking for a Team Leader in Manassas VA.

    What you'll do:

    Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems division aims to boost your career by providing opportunities to work with a highly skilled team of technicians and engineers. This team is actively involved in staying updated on the latest technology and engineering practices to assist customers in optimizing the performance and lifespan of their electrical equipment.

    Essential Functions:

    • Oversee projects and assign tasks to junior field employees engineers
    • Act as a technical expert in the field
    • Coordinate service programs and provide sales support
    • Ensure a skilled workforce through recruitment, talent assessment, and training
    • Provide leadership to enhance the professional growth of employees
    • Ensure safety compliance in various work environments
    • Key interface with customers, district operations, and support staff
    • Coordinate product warranty issues efficiently

    Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    • BS/BA in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in service engineering projects or management
    • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Active and valid driver's license

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the Electrical and EESS industry
    • Working knowledge of sales function and negotiation techniques
    • Professional Engineering license and relevant certifications

    Skills:

    Position Criteria

    • Compliance with safety programs and policies
    • Background and drug screenings as required
    • Ability to work variable hours and travel based on customer needs
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and computer skills
    • Ability to manage resources effectively
