    Your Role: As the Kitchen Manager, you will:

    • Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen equipment, maintaining optimal levels of supplies and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

    Who You Are: The ideal Kitchen Manager candidate will have:

    • A proven track record of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced culinary setting.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
    • The ability to multitask and handle the pressures of a busy kitchen with poise and precision.
    • A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with culinary trends and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of food handler and sanitation standards.
    • Experience with menu development, food cost analysis, and inventory management.
