- Demonstrate Telecare's mission, values, and beliefs in all interactions
- Supervise and support Direct Care Leads and Staff
- Provide coverage for the Administrator role when needed
- Participate in treatment planning and discharge processes
- Ensure compliance with program policies and regulations
- Assist residents in daily activities, including self-care and medication management
- Organize and promote special events for residents
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive care
- Encourage self-reliance in residents' daily activities
- Administer treatments and special diets as prescribed
- Attend conferences as required
- Remain attentive to residents' needs and provide necessary support
- Assist in crisis intervention when needed
- High School Graduation or G.E.D.
- 2 years of experience in direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Board certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
- Relevant certifications in residential care
- Prior experience in a mental health setting
- Completion of required training programs
- Adherence to safety and certification requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle diverse situations with tact and sensitivity

This adult residential program, catering to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses, focuses on offering personalized care and support in a warm, home-like setting. The primary goal is to assist residents in identifying and achieving their aspirations.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time; Flexible Shift Hours and Days
Starting wages range around $33.56 per hour, with adjustments based on geographical location and experience. As a Direct Care Supervisor, you will oversee a team providing rehabilitative support to adults facing developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges, in collaboration with the Program Administrator.

Qualifications:
Fluency in the language spoken by the supported individuals.
Skills:
This role involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing, along with manual dexterity requirements. Visual tasks include computer work. Hazardous exposure may be present.
