    As the ADON,you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
    • Maintainingand implementing nursing policies and procedures that conform to currentstandards, the law, and our company's philosophy
    • Directing,evaluating, and training all nursing personnel with the help of the DON
    • Ensuringthe delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision
    • Performrounds to observe care and to interview staff, residents, families or otherinterested parties
    Theideal candidate will possess the following:
    • ValidIndiana LPN or RN License
    • Twoyears of experience in a long-term care setting
    • Highdegree of leadership and management skills
    • CurrentCPR Certification
