- Driving Patient Satisfaction Scores and attaining KPI results monthly, quarterly and Yearly
- Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff for all areas of the operation.
- Works closely with the Infectious Control department. OR and other departments of the facility
- A strong focus on department initiatives
- Responsible for driving client satisfaction
- Is seen as a leader and can drive projects and initiatives through sound strategic methodology
- Effectively manage the Unit Operating System;
- Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;
- have customer service and/or guest satisfaction skills in a health care or hospitality setting
- possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive programs and initiatives;
- monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
- has experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
- are results and safety driven;
- are proficient with computers and other technology as needed for the position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for Sharon Regional Medical Center in Sharon, PA. This a 251 bed community hospital located in northwestern Pennsylvania, midway between Pittsburgh, Erie, and Cleveland, Ohio. This role will oversee a team of 15 employees supporting Second Shift, Monday-Friday (2:00pm start time) including some of the outer buildings that make up the account. As business needs dictate, some weekends and holidays may be needed. The successful candidate must be able to pass a Drivers License verification to drive a vehicle for this role, including drug test. This role reports directly into the Operations Manager.
