The General Manager will oversee all store operations, drive revenue, expand the market, and maintain customer relationships. This role is crucial in achieving our company's goals while upholding our core values and standards.

What You'll Accomplish:

• Supervise consumer sales, commercial sales, and service operations.
• Support company objectives and ensure consistent messaging to staff.
• Provide performance reports and identify local market opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing needs.
• Manage team performance and uphold customer service standards.
• Promote training and oversee product sales.
• Work with the Inventory and Service teams for operations.
• Foster employee engagement and leadership.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of sales management experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Computer skills and SalesForce familiarity.
