Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about implementing quality standards and control processes. This role is based at our manufacturing plant in Raymond, Mississippi.

BS in Engineering or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products

Responsibilities:

Assure quality in all phases of the manufacturing process
Implement and maintain quality standards and control processes
Ensure products meet established quality standards
Work on vendor quality and corrective actions with buyers
Apply statistical process control methods for data analysis
Document quality assurance activities and maintain calibration database
Communicate with staff at all levels and present technical information
Inspect products for nonconformance and reject nonconforming parts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
1+ years' quality assurance experience in manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Basic knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing theory and design
Strong project management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
