ABOUT YOU
Provide training and supervision for therapists in implementation of programs and curriculum addressing IEP goals and objectives for clients.
Create recommendations for and implement IEPs
Attend and collaborate at IEP meetings
Develop individual and group lesson plans
Data analysis to report quarterly on progress
Implementation of progress monitoring and state assessments
Facilitate lessons within classrooms
Collaborate with treatment team providers (clinical director, clinical supervisor, parents, SLP, OT, PT and other support network) to review and monitor case progress
Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics
Facilitate IEPs and train staff accordingly to implement
Maintain caseload of hours in addition to supervisory duties

Intervention Specialist certification in the state of CA required
Special Education degree preferred
