    Position Summary

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Assists physician in the care and teaching of patients.

    Position Qualifications/Requirements
    Qualifications

    Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, Master's Degree in Nursing or post-masters nurse practitioner certificate program or Physician Assistant program

    Current license/registration to practice in the state of employment, prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply

    Must be BLS certified

    Valid Driver's license in state of residency for travel to clinics

    Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.

    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.


    Travel:
    Less than 25%


    Standard Core Workdays/Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
