- You will be responsible for technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory.
- You will be responsible for performing tests and assure the quality and timeliness of testing.
- You will encourage an ongoing program of improvement of Laboratory services.
- You will provide technical consultation for each of the specialties/sub specialties in the laboratory including respiratory dept.
- You will provide support and be a clinical resource for staff.
- Certification as MT (ASCP), CLS, or equivalent is required.
- Bachelors degree in Laboratory Science is required.
- General knowledge of all Laboratory functions is required.
- Minimum 4 years full time laboratory experience in high complexity testing is required.
