    Requirements
  • Must possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or in lieu of a degree, any combination of education and experience may be substituted for the required degree that equals four (4) years in materials management.
  • In addition to #1, must have a minimum five (5) years progressively responsible experience in materials management.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of plant and industry safety rules relating to industrial equipment and storehouse operations.
  • Must have experience in computerized inventory systems, purchase order and accounts payable systems. Previous experience in ERP systems preferred.
  • Must have excellent skill using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit, for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle.
  • Must be willing to travel within Metra's 6-county region.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours in the early morning, late afternoon,
  • evenings, or weekends.
