    Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy services under supervision.
    • Monitor patient response to treatment.
    • Promote wellness and prevention.
    • Document supervisory activities.
    • Contribute to patient care conferences and quality improvement activities.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality.
    • Recommend follow-up care and community resources.
    • Perform assigned duties.
    Qualifications
    • Current PTA license.
    • Graduate from an accredited PTA education program.
    • One year of related experience in home health care.
    • CPR certification.
