    Description

    Position: Live-In Caregiver
    Company: Sedgebrook
    Status: Non-Exempt
    Shifts: 3-day (Sunday - Tuesday) / 4-day (Wednesday - Saturday)

    Pay Rate: $232.60 per day
    • Full-time employees will start receiving benefits at the beginning of the month after being hired.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assisting with personal care, bathing, and dressing Providing compassionate companionship and engaging in conversations Offering escort services, supervision, and aid to residents during shopping, errands, and medical appointments Encouraging residents to be active and fostering independence Overseeing and aiding residents with household chores they are unable to do autonomously

    Assisting in upholding a safe environment Keeping supervisor updated on client's condition Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent One year of minimum experience working with older adults Current first aid and CPR certification or the ability to acquire it within 3 months of being hired.
