- Guide individuals towards enhancing their skills and achieving their objectives
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including household upkeep, personal care, food shopping and preparation, budgeting, leisure activities, and socialization skill growth
- Offer continual support, guidance, and positive influence, fostering personal responsibility, social and community living skills, and behavioral improvements among residents
- Participate in review meetings and related appointments, and stay up-to-date with required training
- Report on program participants' progress and any daily changes
- Availability needed on Tuesdays 830am-430pm, Thursday afternoons, and weekends. Full-time positions are also available
- Transport individuals to appointments, work, and recreational activities
- 8-hour shifts with no overnights, mostly between 10am-7pm

We are in search of skilled individuals to become part of our team and have a positive impact on individuals' lives.
We are a small but growing company seeking to onboard caring and dedicated staff to our team. Our focus is on delivering outstanding experiences for the individuals we serve.
We support both teenagers and adults living at home who require assistance in enhancing their independent living abilities.
Individuals admitted to our programs do not exhibit any behavior that may jeopardize the safety of our staff.

The ideal candidate must pass a background check, possess a driver's license, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
