    We are seeking a results-driven Senior Accounts Manager to manage our account portfolios in the Media, Entertainment, and Travel/Hospitality verticals. You will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs in order to drive increased adoption of Airship services. To ensure success as a Senior Accounts Manager, you should possess extensive sales experience in a related industry and the ability to generate business leads. An outstanding Senior Accounts Manager will be someone whose customer-oriented approach and sales expertise result in increased profitability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
    • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
    • Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
    • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
    • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
    • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
    • Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
    • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
    • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports.
    • Keep customers up to date on best practices as well as new Airship products and services

    Experience and Skills:

    • 5+ years experience working in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably focused in mobile and/or technical marketing solutions (web analytics, optimization, email, social)
    • Degree in Business or other related discipline
    • Deep knowledge of mobile/tech industry as well as an understanding of the competitive posture of the company
    • A minimum of three years' experience as an accounts manager, or similar.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
    • Extensive experience in B2B sales in a related industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
    • Superb interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills, and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
    • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to all level of audiences, both remotely and in person
    • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proven track record of exceeding goals/ quotas

    Compensation at Airship
    Airship's compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, experience ladders, and geographical location. The starting salary range for this position is: $143,000 - $154,000 per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, competitive equity packages and other performance incentives. In addition, we also provide an extensive suite of Benefits offerings as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
