    Job Title: Healthcare Assistant at Azura



    Job Description:
    • Support elderly individuals with dementia in daily activities like dressing, bathing, and meals
    • Coordinate schedules for team members
    • Provide hands-on assistance to residents
    • Train new hires
    • Assist with administrative tasks

    Requirements:
    • Preferred Bachelor's or Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in managing older adults with aging-related needs
    • Skills in marketing and networking
    • Prior management experience is a plus
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and email
    • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
