    Creative Solutions in Healthcare is currently seeking an IT Field Service Tech to travel extensively throughout Eastern Texas. The Field Technician I role is an integral part of our team. We are looking for a competent Field Technician to provide fast and effective technical assistance with computer systems. Field Technicians answer questions on technical issues and can troubleshoot and solve them. A Field Technician must have excellent technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with complex users. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company's reputation and business.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Level 2 Helpdesk or Desktop support
    • Assess technology needs within the nursing facility and resolve.
    • Troubleshoot IT issues onsite including desktops, Laptops, printers, peripherals, and network/Wi-Fi.
    • Upgrading computer systems internal components
    • Re-image computers and laptops.
    • Travel is required 75%-100% of the time.
    • Keep an accurate inventory of all IT-related equipment.
    • Assist with company acquisitions and expansion of IT infrastructure.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    We're looking for motivated professionals with:

    • A valid US Driver's License is required, with a good driving record needed.
    • Ability to spend extended periods of time seated/driving.
    • 2+ years of service desk experience is required.
    • Knowledge of hardware and internal components required.
    • Network experience is recommended.
    • CompTIA A+ or Windows operating system certs a plus.
    • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally.
    • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
    • Must have a flexible and positive attitude.
    • High level of organization, reliability, and an eye for detail is a must.
    • Must be a self-starter and highly independent.
    • Ability to lift or do physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
    • US work authorization
