    Job Summary:
    • Developing clear and engaging content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and internal client needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities, needs, goals, and target audience preferences.
    • Effectively manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines
    • Support and/or drive continuous improvement efforts including process improvement, development, and customization of material by market and/or delivery method, etc.
    • Support new hire onboarding functions. This includes introducing Associates to the Creative Services process for project requests as well as gathering content for and designing new Associate biographies.
    • Coordinate and maintain team documentation efforts for responses torequests for proposals (RFPs)
    • Analyzerequirementsand ensure thatproposalsmeetrequirements
    • Edit and rewriteproposals, including creating templates and text
    • Draftproposalsand communicate across teams to obtain input and meet deadlines
    • Establish and maintain internal proposal and special projects schedules
    • Assist with and/or lead other initiatives and projects as requested by leadership
    Requirements:
    • College degree in Marketing, Journalism and/or Communications or equivalent relevant work experience
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience in developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and business development collateral
    • Prior experience with professional document proofreading and editing experience
    • Knowledge of business English including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuation
    • Exceptional persuasive writing capabilities, including ability to communicate complex ideas through organized, clear, and concise messaging
    • Professional verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Associates
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (In Design) preferred
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and problem solve
    • Self-motived, ability to multitask and deliver results within short deadlines (nights, weekends, and holidays at times)
    • Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time
    • Ability to develop and/or assist Associates in developing compelling themes, discriminators, and messaging
    • Ability to consult with Associates at all levels of the organization to discuss business requirements and potential solutions
    • Ability to work independently, multitask, reprioritize, and follow up with questions, solutions, or suggestions
    • Ability to work in-office 2-3 days per week
    • Legally able to work in the United States
