Job SummaryThe Tuxedo Club is searching for a self-motivated House Person/Event Set Up person to join our team This individual has good communication skills and attention to detail and can complete tasks quickly.
It is important that this individual sees themselves as a "people person" and is prepared to facilitate communication between departments, including Front of House and Back of House.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliveries, inventory, and storageEnsure ancillary storage facilities are functionalInventory, maintenance, and cleanliness of tables, chairs, glassware, silver, flatware, banquet equipmentPar stock levelsAudio & Visual equipmentOff-site partiesSet up & breakdown of club areas based on floor plansTransport personnel & material between the two clubhousesFueling of Club vehicle fleetReport any issues with the Club vehicle fleetSet up & breakdown of all on-course needsEvent set up, requirements, and breakdownTend to fireplaces StockCleanRefreshAssist housekeeping staff with the following as needed:Cleaning clubhouse offices (collects trash, vacuum, and dust)
