    Job Summary


    Position available for a management role focusing on supporting the day-to-day operations of Rooms such as Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services.

    Responsibilities include assisting with guest arrival and departure procedures, ensuring cleanliness standards, and prioritizing guest and employee satisfaction while meeting budget goals.


    Candidate Profile

    Educational and Professional Background

    • High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or similar field.
    OR


    • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field.

    Core Responsibilities

    Supporting Rooms Operations Management Activities

    • Manages Front Desk shifts, Housekeeping, and other operational tasks.
    • Reviews room operations reports.
    • Oversees various department operations and equipment.
    • Ensures proper supplies and uniforms for employees.
    • Handles employee scheduling and attendance.
    • Implements and monitors loss prevention policies.
    • Communicates performance expectations and resolves employee concerns.

    Supporting Budget Management

    • Maximizes room revenue and property occupancy.
    • Ensures accurate room rates for revenue optimization.
    • Uses financial reports for operational management.
    • Manages expenses to meet budgeted goals.
    • Understands financial impact on property goals.

    Enhancing Guest Experience

    • Assists with employee and guest incidents.
    • Utilizes guest information systems for personalized service.
    • Engages with guests to gather feedback and address issues promptly.
    • Reviews guest satisfaction results.
    The hourly pay for this position is competitive.
