    Event and retail staff enjoy the perks of being in a fun setting speaking with customers and using their interpersonal skills to assist in the scheduling needs of the community.



    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with event/ booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials (must be able to lift a small 3ft collapsible table or manage a popup tent, but not at every location)
    • Must be eager to interact in conversations with guest using interpersonal skills
    • Schedule appointments for our customers to meet with design consultants regarding our products that Renewal by Andersen offers
    • Ability to stand upright during your scheduled shift and staying energetic and approachable (you are the face of the company in this role)

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in customer service settings that include restaurant, hospitality and retail is preferred
    • Willingness to learn our proven techniques in lead generation and appointment setting
    • Walking/ standing during majority of your shift
    • Valid Drivers' License
    • Own personal transportation for work
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Pass drug screen and background report
