    Manage the planning, development and implementation of the overall operational objectives, goals and processes.
    Establish and assure compliance of infection prevention policies and procedures to meet all accreditation and regulatory requirements.
    Manage recruitment, interview, selection, retention, staff development and performance management processes for the staff of assigned departments.
    Manage the development of department operating and capital budgets and achievement of financial goals.
    Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    ~ Required Credential(s):


    • Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
    Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with experience required.
