    Job Title: Venue Merchandise Seller


    Job Description: The Gorge Amphitheatre is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller. As a seller, you will be assigned to a point of sale at the venue where artist merchandise is available. Before the event, you will manage inventory and set up the merchandise display. After the event, closing duties include tallying remaining merchandise.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure exceptional fan experiences through prompt customer service
    • Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system
    • Handle guest transactions properly, including credit/debit cards
    • Set up the merchandise display before the event for fan viewing
    • Perform physical counts of all items before and after the event
    • Assist fans with purchases by providing details on merchandise
    • Work in a fast-paced and exciting environment
    • Maintain the merchandise stand throughout the event
    • Participate in the venue's sustainability program

    • WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
    • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts
    • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs using proper techniques
    • Comfortable standing for long durations
    • Reliable transportation due to scheduled hours
    • Strong communication and cash handling skills
    • Previous relevant experience is advantageous
