    The W Assisted Living Communities is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate, they must be organized and able to multi-task.

    Part Time - Days

    • Evening
    • Weekends - OT Options - Immediately Available

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Answering and routing phone calls

    Greeting visitors and staff

    Perform general office duties

    Oversee the distributing of daily mail, packages and deliveries

    Monitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    High school diploma; or equivalent

    One to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative
