- Production and coordination of infrastructure 2D drawings & 3D models and objects covering transit station architecture, mechanical, electrical, and civil design.
- Preparation of Models and Drawings showing interfacing of different systems, underground utilities, work phasing, etc.
- Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications to create accurate designs.
- Conduct clash detection and Visual walkthroughs in the Autodesk Cloud environments.
- Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
- Working collaboratively in a team environment to resolve design/drawing issues as appropriate and to accomplish objectives
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of all deliverable BIM or CAD products and services in assigned areas of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a CAD/BIM Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of BIM principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Hardworking and adept at balancing multiple priorities,
- An intuitive question-asker and problem-solver.
- Able to work independently and in a cooperative team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
