Infrastructure Lead, Platforms Infrastructure Manager (AWS Managed Services) - Fiserv

Join our Platforms Team, a hub of innovation and dynamism, where collaboration with application development teams, infrastructure support units, and AWS managed services teams is not just encouraged but the norm.

As a pivotal player in this ecosystem, you'll ensure that our infrastructure is not just supporting but also elevating our application operations.

Architect and refine the application's infrastructure within AWS, ensuring seamless design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
Monitor and manage the application's infrastructure, guaranteeing high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Collaborate closely with application development teams, aligning infrastructure with application trajectories.
Serve as the liaison with AWS managed services teams, keeping our infrastructure cutting-edge and compliant.
Conduct in-depth infrastructure audits and performance analytics to continually refine our operations.
Stay at the forefront of AWS managed services and infrastructure management trends, translating insights into action.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in AWS managed services and infrastructure management.

AWS Certifications:
Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
Familiarity with agile and DevOps cultures.
