- Perform pre-application and preliminary inspections
- Conduct full property inspections, lead-based paint risk assessments, and necessary sample collections
- Prepare specifications based on findings and communicate with homeowners
- Schedule Contractor Walk-Throughs and carry out progress inspections
- Manage change orders, final inspections, and client satisfaction surveys
- Maintain client files and ensure compliance
- 10-15 years' experience in housing rehabilitation work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word software
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel within Ohio
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Required licenses and certifications related to lead-based paint and renovation
- Experience with CDBG and HOME Investment Partnership Programs a plus
